Graham has 28 years of experience in the IT sector. He is well-versed with digital transformation, industry engagement, management and education. He was the Deputy Director in MINDEF heading the Digital Strategy and Transformation office. Prior to MINDEF, he is with the School of Information Technology, NYP. In NYP, he heads the industry partnership, project & research for the industry, adult learners’ programme and drives new technology areas. He acts as a catalyst to drive digital transformation among the industry partners as he provides the design, advisement and the development of plans needed for the transformation. Just to highlight one transformational project that Graham developed. He reinvented the student development landscape by creating the digital user experience for students and staff. He had deployed three design thinking projects and the system is currently in production impacting 15,000 students and 1,200 staff.

Rick is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the Maritime, Events Management & the Luxury Industry. He has rich experiences in the areas of business & sales development. He is equipped with a Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science (Entrepreneurship & Management). He is also a certified licenced key appointment holder for Employment Act, Employment of Foreign Manpower Act (EFMA) (Non FDW). As of current, Rick is holding onto three directorships in local SMEs. They are:

• B.T. NG Engineering Pte Ltd. This Enterprise is a resident contractor for a local defence company. He oversees Human Resource and business relationships with his Southeast Asia partners.

• MightyPoll LLP & HYZ Holdings Pte Ltd. He is currently serving as Managing Director of these 2 companies. These companies are in the IOT sector. He oversees the business strategies and sales.

Damien Tan, MBA

Damien is an avid Web3 explorer and digital marketing strategist with a passion for educating learners in the online space. As a certified Non-Fungible Token (NFT) Expert, Damien's coaching has empowered countless individuals to imbue their NFTs with meaningful utilities and build viable business cases.

With a Master's degree in Global Business and over 15 years of marketing experience in both B2C and B2B, Damien is well-equipped to understand the potential of the virtual worlds and blockchain technology. Damien's talent for design and technology, nurtured since the dot-com boom, played a key role in transforming industries with innovative marketing strategies.

Currently, Damien shares his expertise as an adjunct lecturer teaching NFT courses and design-thinking at various educational institutions.

In Jerry’s 22 years of developing web and mobile applications, he has met countless stakeholders and has successfully met their expectations. He is equipped with Bachelor of Science (Information Systems Management) and has obtained multiple awards for his digital projects. Some of his other achievements includes:

• Young Innovator Award given out by LTA during the Land Transport Excellence Award 2016

• Asian Development Bank’s #DigitalAgainstCOVID-19 Hackathon. The solution, named Safe2Go, tackles the safety concerns upon employees’ return to work and helps businesses trace workers' movements in a non-intrusive manner through the iBeacon Bluetooth technology.

As an entrepreneur, he co-founded a technology firm for application design and development known as Megapixel Solutions LLP. Since then, he has completed countless digital projects and has earned a reputation to be effective and reliable in the industry.
